Our company was born more than 20 years ago, when the founder family decided to move from Switzerland to Piedmont, where they bought an ancient farm. We started to produce preserves with the vegetables of our garden following the local recipes and year by year, seeing the positive interest of our clients, we decided to enlarge the company introducing other high quality Italian products and gift boxes, without changing, of course, our initial philosophy. Our products are without any additives, preservatives or colouring. Our brand is classic and traditional, it reminds the preserves of our grandmas, with the paper hat and the twine with the plastic plumb-bob. Sauces and Spreads

Pasta sauces: the best sun ripened tomatoes grow in the region of Emilia Romagna and our tomato pasta sauces are produced only with these fruits. In the best Italian tradition we cook our "pasta sugo" for many hours to a thick and tasty sauces with meat or only vegetables (vegetarian). * *

Pesto

Pesto: made with the best basil, rocket or sun-dried tomatoes.

Antipasto Vegetables

Antipasti: prepared using only the fresh and genuine vegetables. Our stuffed peperoncini with tuna are made according to our special recipe and are reach in tuna fish and less spicy, because we remove manually the majority of the seeds.

Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil: cold pressed, coming from the most famous italian regions: Tuscany, Sicily and Puglia.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic vinegar of Modena is certified IGP. The quality is measured in 1 to 4 leaves and in our range we have quality 2 to the best with 4 leaves. The "Aceto balsamico di Modena IGP" is used for salads, meat or sweets.

Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta

Durum wheat pasta: traditional Naples style pasta, made with bronze-moulds that gives the typical rough texture. Available in many shapes.

Egg Pasta

Egg pasta: made with more than 7 eggs per kilo (2.2 pounds) of durum wheat semolina. The final dried "pasta all'uovo" have 31% eggs.
