The mission of Acetaia Terra del Tuono is to produce Balsamic specialties of high quality always trying to create innovative products. Our goal is to develop new technologies and balsamic innovations, always having respect towards the Balsamic Vinegar century-long tradition. In our assortment we offer lots of different and unique specialties, from the more classical to the more innovative, in order to meet every customer demand. We use accurately selected raw materials and produce genuine and natural products, without the addition of colorings, preservatives, thickening agents, sugars and caramels. To ensure our efficiency and quality we are BRC and IFC certified.

BALSAMIC VINEGARS AND CONDIMENTS Our Balsamic Vinegars and Condiments are 100%natural products being made just with cooked grape must and wine vinegar, without the addition of any preservatives, colorants, thickening agents, caramels and sugars. FRUITY CONDIMENTS We have a very interesting range of Fruity Condiments made with fresh fruit juices. We offer the following flavors: On WHITE BALSAMIC base: - Lemon, with delicious lemon juice on white Balsamic base; - Passion fruit, very fresh and intense, tropical taste (delicious on desserts, fresh fruit, cheeses and sea food carpaccio); - Mango, with delicious mango juice on white Balsamic base; - Raspberry, with fresh and intense raspberry juice on white Balsamic base; On BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA base: - Mediterranean Condiment, which it’s a fantastic ready-to-use condiment with real tomato, real rosemary, a little bit of garlic, thyme, and all the mediterranen taste, on our Balsamic base. BRAND NEW RANGE OF BITTERSWEET CONDIMENTS WITH MAPLE SYRUP We have realized two new Balsamic Condiments with Maple Syrup that have a great taste and are extremely innovative. One is made with our White condiment and maple Syrup Amber and has a delicate taste, the other one is made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Maple Syrup Amber and has an intense taste. There is finally a way to use maple syrup not only on pancakes and waffles, but on every kind of salty food!

The Rosé Balsamic Condiment, made with a particular selection of grapes, tasteful and really innovative, and of a beautiful, totally natural, pink color. It has a low acidity level (around 4,80) and density around 1,20. It is perfect on vegetables, white meat and fish.

The first Sphere with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to grate It is the first time that a SOLID Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has been produced. It is a 100% natural product and it’s perfect for grating or slicing. Our technology allows us to maintain the natural acidity level of Balsamic, in a solid shape! The Sphere of Balsamic Vinegar is a totally new concept, an extraordinary innovation, completely new on the market.

A great innovation is now available: the 100% Craft-beer Vinegars. A natural product, made with a single ingredient, that is produced through a slow acetification process of high quality Italian craft beers. Totally alcohol-free, therefore suitable for every taste, also for children. These are very valuable beer vinegars that recall the scent of the old wisdom of craft breweries. The IPA version has an intense taste with herbaceous and fruity aromas and a pleasant bitter note on its end. It has an acidity of 5,5% The STRONG ALE version has a very balanced body with malty tones and hints of caramel and liquorice. It has an acidity around 6,5% The ABBEY version is pleasantly fruity and has caramelized notes. It has an acidity level of 6,5%, which grants this beer vinegar a strong body, and long-lasting taste.
