Bella Italia Regionali Artisan Pasta is 100% made in Italy with carefully selected raw materials. Artisan Pasta is obtained by the perfect blending of only two ingredients: high-quality durum wheat semolina and water, according to the most traditional recipe. Pasta shapes are cut with bronze die for a porous and rougher surface or with the special Baresina machine, perfect for special regional cuts. Artisan Pasta is gently and slowly dried in static cells at low temperatures to enhance its authentic flavor. Each pasta sauce is made according to traditional regional recipes from all over Italy. The key is the soffritto: garlic or onion – depending on recipe – are gently sautéed in extra virgin olive oil to set the base of the sauce The fresh vegetables contained in the sauces are locally grown and harvested at the peak of their flavor.
