Uniqueness size: small drops of IQF frozen sauce that allow an easy dosing
(as the liquid product) and a very quick thawing (even over cooked pasta).

needs. Once the sauce is made, it is dosed in a liquid nitrogen
bath at -197° Celsius degrees to preserves over 95% of its typical
nutritional, chemical-physical, microbiological and organoleptic
