"SABAUDO": Cocoa sponge cake, topped by a layer of semifreddo with a delicate taste of almond and a mouth-watering chocolate semifreddo, decorated with delicious dollops of cocoa cream. CHOCOLATE & RUM: Cocoa sponge cake drenched with rum syrup, covered with mouth-watering layers of chocolate semifreddo and rum pastry cream, decorated with cocoa meringue granules. DOLC'EGO TIRAMISU' "Dolc'Ego" is our line of individual mini tray desserts conceived to satisfy the desire of a sweet and quick nibble. Among the various available flavours: meringue cake, Tiramisù, cacao profiteroles, milk profiteroles and trifle, the newest Mocaccino flavour. The Italian Traditional Tiramisù is a spoon dessert with with a ladyfinger dipped in a mouth-watering mascarpone cream, decorated with cocoa powder. The dessert is served in a plastic tray with heat-sealed film or in a paper tray sealed by flow-pack.

Dolceria Alba has chosen to reduce the use of plastic by up to 70% in its packaging material. For this reason even its classic Meringata is now served in a paper tray with reclosable lid and customizable cardboard box. The new packaging is recyclable with paper, as demonstrated by the tests carried out according to the ATICELCA 501/19 EVALUATION SYSTEM (level A). The packaging is FSC certified and the recipe is HALAL certified.
