Fresh Pasta

Our fresh pasta is available in a large range of - DOUGH (any mix of flour and durum wheat, thickness (down to extra-thin 0,45mm), color - PRODUCT shape (single and double sheet), size (small, regular, large), - PACKAGING both primary (trays, bags, doy – from 125g to 2,5 Kg), and secondary (including mixed and display boxes) and, of course, FILLING (up to 70% soft filling, with visible pieces).


With over 50 years experience, we are a reference point in gnocchi category, able to produce with fresh, frozen & ambient technology. We manufacture plain, flavored and filled gnocchi, among them innovations such as organic ambient and clean label veggie gnocchi.
