Inviting crispy Crackers of Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, made tasty with cheerful grains of puffed quinoa. Produced in our own oven, they are suitable for any time of day. Organic Products

Pasta made with 100% Italian Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, a variety selected in 1915 that takes its name in honor of the homonymous father of the Agrarian Reform. The slow and low temperature drying, the bronze wire drawing, make the texture of the dough ideal for sauces and condiments.

Breads

Arso wheat characterized by multiple peculiarities, is typical of the Gargano area and its history finds its roots in poor peasant origins. It gives the bread a characteristic toasted flavor.
