The farm extends for 70 hectares of which 30 make up the vineyard and 15 the olive groves, with production of hl 1500 of wine and 20 of extra virgin olive oil. The current property has the continuous pursuit of high quality of products as the primary objective, thanks to the altimetric conditions and to the optimal exposure of vineyards that allow grapes harvests of great quality and complete maturation.

Besides the Chianti Classico 'Il Tarocco' and 'Il Tarocco Riserva', produced in specific vineyards, and the Chianti Classico 'Torraccia di Presura', the farm produces some high-quality table wines as 'Lucciolaio', successful mixture of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that undergoes lengthy aging in barriques and 'Il Roggio', particular and interesting cru of Tuscany black Canaiolo.

Other products include the Sparkling wine of Brut Quality, the Grappa of selected vinacce of Chianti Classico, the extra white wine 'Solitario' and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil grinded traditionally without pre-heating.
