As a culture today, the developed world consumes a tremendous amount of sodium.
What could help with keeping it under control? Eating real food. Food that has been minimally processed.
As two of the best ways to reduce sodium intake we recommend cooking from scratch and following this simple rule: salt at the table means no salt during cooking.
To help reducing your sodium intake you can find on the shelfs some salt substitues (low sodium salts) replacing some sodium chloride with potassium, which is not a healthful option for everyone.
An excessive consumption of potassium can be harmful for some people, as for example those who suffer from high blood pressure, kidney problems, diabetes and cardiac insufficiency.
Miosal does not contain any kind of additive, additional potassium or sorbates.

One spray contains only 0,06 grams of salt. With 1 or 2 sprays you can get the right sapidity on your dishes, reducing the daily salt consumption.
