Pastificio di Chiavenna was founded as a pasta factory by Carlo Moro in 1868 in the north of Italy and is now specialized in the production of special and dietetic dried pasta like gluten free, baby pasta (organic and conventional), extra-dried pasta, pasta with legumes, 100% rye pasta, low protein, buckwheat pasta and PGI buckwheat pasta, organic pasta. Certifications are BRC and organic certification for the production of organic pasta.
